Patristic Fathers

with Michael Aquilina

In the first seven centuries of Christian history, extraordinary theologians and writers laid the foundations of our faith. Known as the Early Church Fathers. Their voices still echo today. But who were these Fathers? What wisdom do their writings hold for us now? And how can they inspire the 21st century in holiness, culture, faith, and the Gospel?
An Introduction to the Fathers is a short course on the great teachers of these first centuries. Together, we will trace the development of Christian doctrine and practice, meet the influential figures who helped form the Church, and discover how their insights remain vital for our spiritual lives today.
